A big thank you to Richard Baggs (Baggsy) for his Umpires Update Course on 3rd March 2020. It was played to a packed house and acted as a refresher course for last years umpires as well.
One of the key questions presented to Baggsy ( in different forms) was the 5m rule, outside the circle, and in play.
The meeting went half an hour overtime as many personal questions were asked and answered from Baggsy, NZ Technical Officer. He was assisted by Luisa Balsom (NZ & TA Umpire).
