What is the U16 Carnival? The U16 Carnival is a Northern Region initiative. It provides an opportunity for players to finish the season in style, allowing them to play and test themselves against teams from Northland, North Harbour, Auckland, Counties Manukau, Thames Valley, Tauranga and Bay of Plenty.

In order to register for the 2025 WHA U16 Development Program players need to be born in 2009 or 2010. Or year 9 for the 5-aside.
