Notice of Annual General Meeting and Call for Nominations

The Annual General Meeting of WAIKATO HOCKEY ASSOCIATION (Inc.) will be held on 6:30 pm on Sunday, 27 March 2022 at Gallagher Hockey Centre.

The AGM will be held in person at the above venue unless Government Covid-19 restrictions requires the AGM to be held via Zoom. In that case, registration and Zoom details will be provided prior to the meeting.

Nominations for the position of the President position and Board members are due by 5pm on Sunday 13 March 2022. Nominations can be made for:
• President
• Board Members (2 positions)

Nominations must be made in writing and must be made and seconded by Life or Financial Members other than the person nominated with an accompanying CV.
