The Board would like to take the opportunity to Thank Jenny Barkle for her 6-year term on the WHA Board, this commences Jenny’s maximum term, with her position becoming vacant at the AGM. The WHA Board has had robust discussions about replacing Jenny on the Board and have decided to keep the position Vacant in the interim.
