Thank you Bevan Nichol!

Waikato Hockey would like to take a moment to thank Bevan for his incredible contributions to our Umpires and the WHA team. Bevan will now be stepping back from his role as Umpire Development Manager.

Over the past 24 months, WHA has invested significantly in umpire development. During this time, Bevan has implemented new systems, training programs, and mentorship initiatives, greatly contributing to the growth of umpire development in our region.

Bevan’s passion, dedication, and hard work have left a lasting impact. Although he will continue to be involved with Waikato Hockey in a reduced capacity, we wish him all the best in his future endeavours and look forward to his continued involvement in the Waikato Hockey umpiring development journey.
