Season Update

With the current Covid lockdown unlikely to progress to a workable level anytime soon, WHA would like to advise that we are working with the relevant committees to look at outcomes as timeframes become clearer.

As all grades are formatted differently, it is near impossible for the committees to make a blanket ruling on outcomes at this stage.

Some of the options open for the remaining season:

  • If we reach Level 2 before the end of Term 3, WHA will attempt to provide an opportunity to partially or fully complete the season.
  • Otherwise, there is the option to run a Festival day (with no results) and/or Finals days (with results) to finish off the season.

Should Covid restrictions prevent any further play. Committees may allocate a result to some grades and some may end up being abandoned for this season.

Unfortunately, we do not have a clear answer at this stage. However, we will continue to update as more information comes to hand.
