This workshop is to help coaches get a better understanding of the basic and advanced skills, general hockey concepts and efficient training practices. You will be shown examples of several skills and concepts and will get an understanding on how to coach these and some example drills.

This coaching workshop is about 120 minutes, will be run on turf and in classroom.
