When: Tuesday 15th September, Wednesday 16th and Thursday 17th September
Cost: $25 / Team
You school will be invoiced once your team entry is confirmed.
Restrictions: To allow teams time to travel etc there will be a strict 16 team limit per division per day. Although we do run entries based on first in first served, we will prioritise each school having at least 1 team over a school having multiple teams. Enter your ideal teams and we will confirm numbers after registrations close. We may look to run extra days if demand is high.
Close off date: Entries close noon Friday 21st August.
Format: Each day will be for a separate age group and will depend on entries, but with MAX (16) teams per division will be 4 pools of 4 with semi and a final, all games will be 13min halves, with a 2 min swap over.
Divisions each day:
TUESDAY: Year 3 & 4, 6 aside : Quarter Field
WEDNESDAY: Year 5 & 6, 6 aside : Quarter Field
THURSDAY: Year 7 & 8, 6 aside : Quarter or Half Field (numbers dependent)
Please note:
For schools that struggle to fill any particular age group team we will allow for children to play up a grade but no players can play down. i.e. a year 4 student can play in a year 5&6 team to help make up numbers but a year 7 student can not play down an age group.
Umpires:
All teams are to provide their own umpire.
Remember also to pack lunch and sunscreen (and a rain coat!). WHA has Player of the Day certificates from McDonalds for all teams this year too.
