May Newsletter
Another busy month at Waikato Hockey with the season now well underway for Club teams and School teams.

It has been great to welcome back the Junior players, coaches, managers, and spectators this month. Seeing the encouragement and passion back at the Turf has been incredible to see. Waikato Hockey has a history of being a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes all into the sport and we ask that everyone remembers this as we all move through our games, practices and when interacting with our much-appreciated volunteers.

We must also take a moment to acknowledge the great news this week that both Alex Lukin and Alia Jacques have been announced within the Vantage Women’s Black Sticks Squad which heads off to FIH Women’s World Cup campaign in July. We look forward to watching and supporting you, and the entire team, on your journey.
