A new Governance Structure for WHA Umpires has been proposed after indepth research and interviews from people who were:
– Active in the community
– Play a range of roles and responsibilities
– Had a mix of professional backgrounds
– A mix of WHA, National, and international experience
– Composed of smaller targeted groups
