The Senior Perform Program is aimed for all competitive adult players that want better their hockey and want to play in a more competitive and challenging setting then clubs provide. The program aims to help players get ready to play in the National Hockey Championship, the Premier Hockey League or in the Performance Network. Participants will be provided with on and off turf programs to help them become better, stronger, fitter and faster.
