Hockey New Zealand are seeking to fill two positions at their national office in Mt
Roskill, Auckland.

Events & Promotions Manager
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful applicant will lead a small team to
ensure the effective organisation, promotion and delivery of all Hockey events in New
Zealand.
The role’s primary focus will be on the National Hockey League and Test Matches.
All applicants will need to possess:
- event management experience
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to meet deadlines
- a willingness to work as part of a team.

Administration Assistant
A full-time position providing administrative support for an office of twelve staff and
reporting to the Administration Manager.
The successful applicant will have:
- a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications
- excellent communication skills
- the ability to use their initiative
- a good understanding of written and spoken English
- a willingness to work as part of a team.
