Marcus Child was not considered for the Malaysian trip due to injury. Simon Child is also considered to be in the squad (he will be the 23rd player), but will be unavailable for Junior Black Sticks commitments due to his role in the Black Sticks Men’s team preparing for the Olympic Qualifying tournament.
