Thanks for the good wishes, Yea everything here has been an exciting experience.The
team's awesome, neat environment. We play at 9 tonight, I think. Not sure
if i'm playing today -.Don't think so though. Watching the
games has been cool as well so not that fussed if I don't get to play.
I love it here. Should be a great game.
Not long now and were all off home. Might catch some sun before lunch.
I'm so happy. Yesterday I bought the Ipod.
Tonight we play SA and i wonder if i'm playing. I dont think so though Ian is coming round to our rooms sometime soon. We will find out then. It will be a hard match tonight.
The weather is shocking. Thunder storms. Still hot but raining as well. This morning the thunder was just so loud. At the front desk a light was flashing saying our building must have been hit. Hopefully it will clear up before tonights game.We play at 8 tonight. How are the U18 going? Did they play NH in cross overs?
The shops are so nice here!

Todays our first game. Im not on starting line up. I have to video tape the game from like a huge tower(not to sure how thats going to go). I still have to warm up with the team because if theres an injury they can still change me up untill 10 minutes before the game starts.
There has been so much coverage on the tv about the London bombings. Just had lunch which was so good!
Its such a nice hotel here, all the buildings are made out of brick on the outside. Yesterday we had the opening ceremony which was inside. It was going to be outside but was changed because of the tornado warnings.The weather today and yesterday is not that great, but still hot. Mostly have a nap during the day too because its hot.
I'm so confused as to what ipod to get! They deliver them to the hotel which is a service the others have used. Apple also will engrave my name or whatever on the back if I want. Cool!
Oh my gosh it's hot in the US. We have huge ford vans that take us to the turfs etc, with air co. on full blast its still unbearably hot.
We've played two warm up games so far.One against South Africa and one against Japan yesterday. Both lots of opposition have been very quick.
The place were staying at is so nice,everyone's so nice here or they have EXTREMELY good manners.The food is awesome including the fruit and veges!!!
Today we went to Virginia Beach. Everyone is so brown here, I guess training and playing in singlets helps alot.
Tonight we have the opening ceremony - not to sure what happens seeing as I'm a bit of a new kid and all. Today's the first rest day weve had since we got here. Just slept for about two hours, and watched the tour de france on TV. I'll write more later, wish the u18 girls lots of luck on tournament, I'm sure they'll do awesome!
Practice game against Japan, 1 -1 draw. Sea flat, no wind or surf
Weather is hot.... Cars are big.... Food is great and ipods are cheap.
Practice game, 2 - 1 win against South Africa today. Everyone is happy and getting suntanned.
