There will be a workshop for ‘player retention and growth’ to be held Sunday 5 November 2006 @ WHA pavilion 9.30am to 11.30 am.

Suggested topics for discussion include; lines of communication, competition structure, club structure, SMB structure, administrators /coaches/ managers/ umpire retention, fees.

The workshop will be facilitated by Graeme(Olly) Olorenshaw – Sport Waikato – Sport Development Manager.

As our player numbers decline this is a great opportunity to share ideas on player retention and growth within the senior side of Waikato Hockey.

It would be great if two representatives from each Club could attend. Anyone else who has an interest in senior hockey is welcome to attend, it is not exclusive to Clubs members only.

If your Club has no interest in attending please also indicate to me prior to 2 Nov.
