NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 16th Annual General Meeting of the New Zealand Hockey Federation will be held on 18 & 19 September 2004 at 9.00am at the Novotel Ellerslie, Auckland for the purpose of the following items of business.

BUSINESS

1.         Presentation of 16th Annual Report and Audited Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2004.

2.         Election of Officers, Board Members and Life Members.

3.         Open Forum Discussion on Recommendations/Remits.

4.         Council Presentations

5.         Any other business that may properly be considered by the meeting.

6.30pm           AGM Dinner (including presentation of awards)
