Year 5/6 Representative
Programme
Each year Waikato Hockey selects up to 32 boys and 32 girls as members of representative teams.

Teams train together once a week, play each weekend (Friday nights ) in the Intermediate competition, and have two or three Sunday "tri-series" fixtures against other provincial teams.

The season ends with a 3 day tournament in Rotorua which is held during the first week of the school holidays at the end of Term 3.

Coaches for 2010

Boys: Robyn Wells & 1 coach yet to be appointed

Girls: Bruce Milne & 1 coach yet to be appointed

Trial Dates 2010

                     Dates to be advised

                     Girls: 12-2 p.m. with registrations from 11.30 a.m.

                     Boys: 2-4 p.m. with registrations from 1.30 p.m.

                     At Southwell School Turf, Enderley Ave, Hamilton

Selection at trials will be based on skills testing, game sense, attitude and potential for further development. To be selected for a team, players must be available to play on Sundays and also for the 3 day tournament.
